Heard in the spirit “You are the descendants of the living God” Then found a scripture to match what I heard. Romans 8:16 “The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.” God has confirmed this many times through his spirit to me and others. This is his promise. Don’t panic if you have not heard this yet…just keep asking seeking knocking until the door is open. God honors persistant prayers, patience, and humbleness. Trust me if you belong to him, then he will confirm it in a way you understand. Watch for his patterns.
According to scripture, the Holy Spirit confirms we belong to God by:
Testifying with our spirit – Romans 8:16
Leading us – Romans 8:14
Sealing us – Ephesians 1:13
Being a guarantee of salvation – 2 Corinthians 1:22
Producing a relationship with the Father – Galatians 4:6
Romans 8:14 “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.”
2 Corinthians 1:21–22 “Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.”
Vision: Saw Jesus in his throne seat to the left and next to him was another seat I was sitting down in on the right. He had a gold throne on his head. I was viewing this vision from behind, but I saw the Lord look at me with joy.
Revelation 3:21 (KJV) – “To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.”
2 Timothy 4:8 (KJV) – “Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness…”
James 1:12 (KJV) – “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life…”
Ephesians 2:6 (KJV)
“And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.”
Visions: Seen a couple quick glimpses of the Lord.
Vision: I asked the Lord to cleanse me and I saw a yellow bar of soap on passenger seat directly after in a vision. Jeremiah 2:22 (KJV)
“For though thou wash thee with nitre, and take thee much soap, yet thine iniquity is marked before me, saith the Lord GOD.” Psalm 51:7 (KJV)“Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.”
Vision: Saw a package on porch I expected and was worried someone would take it. Relieved it was still there and brought it in the house.
Interpretation: A package or promise you were expecting could be in transit or near. What God prepared for you has not been stolen. There will be relief when the time is right and it’s finally yours. When you bring it into your home your moving the promise from outside to inside your world.
